Shipping

• At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your purchases. Shipping costs are dependent on the total weight of all items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically be calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
• We do charge a small handling charge (generally $1-3) to cover our costs for item processing and packaging materials.
• You may be offered an option of upgrading your shipping method during checkout for faster delivery, Methods offered may include: UPS Third Day or USPS Overnight Delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, we must receive your order and authorized payment by 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday and requesting expedited shipping may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your items for shipping. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, only.

• You must contact us prior to any returns. Contact us at salesthepitsnascarstore.com for return instructions within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Returns are accepted only for major factory defects or wrong product received.
• A 15% restocking fee may be charged for any item that is returned and found to be without any major factory defects, simply refused by the buyer, or showing signs of user abuse - and no refund of shipping charges, either return or original, will be issued.
• Return postage and insurance fees are buyer’s responsibility. We will refund original shipping fees upon receipt of your returned item, except in the case of any item that is returned and found to be without any major factory defects, simply refused by the buyer, or showing signs of user abuse. In those cases, no refund of shipping charges, either return or original, will be issued.
• We will only issue a refund or exchange for returned products postmarked within 30 days of buyer receiving it.
• We recommend that you use delivery confirmation on any returns for your own protection. Insurance is also highly recommended.
